Setting up and configuring your email...

Adding email accounts to your hosting is EASY!  After a couple of accounts you will be an old hand at email account creation.


To add a new email account, open your CPanel by following the instructions in your welcome letter.  Once your CPanel is open click on Email Accounts in the mail section… 




Once the below window opens, you have the option of watching a video tutorial on adding accounts or you can simply follow these instructions below.


Email account setup

To add a new email address:

  1. Enter the email address to be created in the Email field.
    • If you manage more than one domain, make sure to select the appropriate domain from the pull-down menu.
  2. Enter the password in the Password field.
    • You can use the Generate Password link to have a strong password generated for you.
  3. Enter the quota.
    • The quota defines how much hard drive space the account will be allowed to use.
  4. Click Create.

Once the account has been created, you will see a screen presenting the newly created email address, login name, and quota. On this screen you can choose to manage existing accounts, including automatically configuring your desktop mail client for this email account.
